Not everyone comes to Motor Units to see Brent. Meet Nova and Luka, two very special team members who are beloved by our customers and who are well-known around Wellington. Nova and Luka aren't just any dogs; they are big, friendly and playful long-haired German Shepherds, making them a playful delight for everyone who visits. Went to get my fridge in my camper van looked at and Brent was so kind and helpful! I ended up being late but he didn't mind and was very eager to help me solve my issue! He explained things to me in a way I could understand and showed me with demonstrations as he went along! So nice to be talked to in this way and not be made to feel stupid like some places can do! He figured out what was wrong and advised me on how to fix it in different ways which I really appreciated. And his absolutely gorgeous dog was just a bonus on top. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future with any car issues.
